The helmet design competition has been a huge success, with over 9,000 entries sent in.

Nick has made his choice and drawn up a shortlist of the best designs. What’s your opinion? Do you share his taste? Or do you like some of the other helmets better?

I honestly did not understand what his taste is and what was the purpose of the helmet he is going to wear. Some helmets dont have the colours of German. I supposed that the helmet was about the celebration of the moment of racing in German I didnt knew that he want a new helmet. One is the sure thing he likes Green and that is what he is interested in. Some others didnt have a theme or a smart logo.
Anyway it would be great if someone told us why he picked these ones.

Only cool one was one with nicks head on the helmet :D.And all didnt have Q logo?!

I thought it was about celebrating a German driver competing at his home GP. I'm surprised the selections don't have a more "German" influence. Congrats to the shortlist.

The helmet competition ended. From the 11 helmets that they were chosen , 5 of them are really cool and good. i personally like the 2 last. But i believe that there are much more intresting designs from the other 6 that should be selected including myself. Anyway it is a competition.I wish you good luck nick.

ONE OF THE WINNERS STOLE MY HELMET DESIGN.

I was the first to draw a helmet of Nick face and glasses, identical to the winner one. I'm very disappointed, the date of load will confirm that my helmet was the first and N° 7830 of Petar Marjanovic just copied my helemet.
I'm ver very sad, I should have be in the top 10 beacuse mine is the nearly identical and posted for first.

To be honest some helmets are very disappointing there would only be 3 or 4 good ones some of them are childish and some are just very plain. Pretty disappointing. There were a lot of better helmets out there.

Nick, im so so so so disappointed with your choices, sorry….
And im so sad…. I agree with other fan’s comments with that. I think there are many helmet designs better than theirs, just 3 designs are best.

Nick, I prepared the design with special theme,
I put the Germany touch coz you will wear that in Germany,
very special I put the unique black and white chequered flag its special because you are Mr Reliable, have a record as a driver reach finish line & chequered flag. And that a unique black & white to show that you could finish in any weather & tracks
and also I put the design of wet tyre coz I know you also Quick in wet race

but this competition ended, don’t be afraid to make next helmet competition
although I don’t like your choices, your taste… I cant go to Germany to meet you… hiks… so sad or not get any merchandise from you
but Im still supporting you …

I wonder nick has seen all the design because many of the design really are not fit to be the top ten, only 1 or 2 design can be seriously considered. This is for german gp and i wonder why many of the top ten not showing anything related to germany e.g. germany flag. I agree with one of the comment that we are not given what nick's favorite color and other criteria to design. I hope next time if given this design contest, please given some design requirement. I think you all can do it much better.

nick did u even look through all of the designs? imo i dont think so i think you just chose any random ones. there are so many way better looking helmets out of those 9000.
